TO AVOID DELAY IN REGISTERING WITH US PLEASE CONTACT THE SURGERY.  WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH REGISTERING ONLINE.  WE ARE WORKING WITH OUR TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT TO RECTIFY THIS ISSUE.

New Patient Registration

If you are new to the area/or want to change GP’s and are requiring to register with one of our GP’s please ask at our reception. Your medical card number (or NHS Number as it is also known as) is necessary to complete new registration forms.  If you are unsure then please check with your previous surgery or alternatively it is sometimes shown on any hospital letters, or prescription sheets. Following your registration we electronically request your medical records from your previous GP surgery. This can take up to 4 weeks.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.
