All surgeries are by appointment only, and can be made in person, by telephone or online (see Reception). For non-emergency appointments they can be booked in advance. If you are unable to attend for your appointment please let us know so that we can offer this to another patient.

Urgent Appointments

We also offer a small amount of emergency doctor’s appointments same day. These will not be available until 08:30 on the day.

Urgent appointments are not for repeat prescriptions, fitness for work certificates or for signing forms.

Telephone Advice

All doctors are available after morning and evening surgery to give telephone advice. These appointments are limited and are first come, first served basis. Please ask the receptionist when contacting the surgery.

Practice Nurse

Our practice nurse also offers a triage service between 13:00 - 14:00 for further explanation of any investigations that have been carried out (i.e. blood test, ECG, travel vaccination advice or x-rays etc.); please ring at this time to discuss further.

All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation. Please request this at the time of booking or speak to your GP

If you have difficulty in speaking or understanding English an interpreter can be booked. These can take up to 5 working days to organise. Please tell Reception at the time of booking your appointment if this service is required.

If you cannot make an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for the slot to be given to someone else. Please note failure to attend 3 appointments without prior notice may result in us asking you to find alternative arrangements.
