Are You a Carer?
If you are please let us know - we may be able to help you. We offer all our Carer's a free influenza vaccination as we understand that you are valuable and cannot afford to be ill when you are responsible for someone elses care.
Are You a Young Carer? or Do You Have a Young Carer?
Did you know that we can refer any child aged between 5 years - 18 years to Sandwell Young Carers. Here they will have the opportunity to mix and socialise with other children in a similar situation as them. They are an organisation that is run via. Sandwell Council and can offer short breaks, family events and put a support package in place for them.
Referrals have to be done by a Doctor or Nurse to this service so please contact us for more information and we will be happy to discuss this further.
There is a wealth of information on NHS Choices about carers and caring. Below are some links into the site that we hope you will find useful.
