Pregnancy Care Planner
Routine pregnancy tests are no longer carried out at our Surgery. If you have taken a home testing kit and received a 'positive' result please ask at Reception for a self-referral form that can be completed. You are required to self refer to to the Community Midwife Team, who will arrange an appointment for you. We currently run ante-natal clinics here every Monday morning.
The more you know about your pregnancy and your options, the more you are likely to feel in control. The information given here is based on The Pregnancy Book, which your midwife should give you at your first appointment.
